Your quote was in the mid range of an extensive tender process and a fair price for quality work. You and ALL of your tradies, Derek, Josh, Dave, Pete, Scotty, Mick, the Plasterers, indeed everyone associated with you, were punctual, polite, respectful (particularly of the kids and the grandparents) and took obvious pride in their work. Every request, direction or suggestion from Sam or myself was acted upon or followed up promptly and in detail. I often joked with friends that after 6 months without a single swear word, raised voice or crass comment, without loud music or smoking and with the tidying up the boys did EVERY DAY they were on site, you must all be in danger of being thrown out of the union!

Traditional Queenslander, Modern Revamp
We engaged Steve Albury and his team at Albury Projects, for a major renovation 4 years ago and again recently for further work. With our home being a traditional Queensland colonial and our desire to create modern spaces whilst respecting the heritage of the property, we were very particular about who we worked with on the project. Steve not only respected our ideas but provided his own suggestions as we progressed. He was always available to us with no request overlooked. His team were professional and friendly whilst considerate of our choice to live onsite through the work. Classy Renovation, High Quality Workmanship
We’re enjoying our new outdoor room and interior renovations.
We’re particularly pleased with the wooden floors in the kitchen/dining area and the living area upstairs – even more so after you told us you could lay the floor boards over the ugly tiles avoiding the jackhammer!
We have used the fire in the outdoor room often. The chimney is working beautifully. The stone looks beautiful lit up at night.
